Before sex
Make sure you eat and sleep well before you have chemsex. Your inner battery will be charged and you will be rested. Your body will be stronger.
During sex
- Preferably, you should only use one type of drug. You will able to determine what happens to you when the drugs take effect
- Be careful how you take drugs:
- it is better to swallow than to snort. That is less addictive
- do NOT inject drugs into a vein (this is called slamming). This is very dangerous
- Make you drink enough: one glass of water every hour
- Make sure that you do not get overheated. Some drugs make your temperature go up. That can be dangerous. Make sure you cool off and preferably, do not wear clothes that do not breathe. Latex or rubber, for example
- Don’t keep at it too long. Are you not getting enough sleep? You will have a worse hangover in the days after that
After sex
Plan time to recover. Your body needs that. Especially if you carried on for too long or used a lot or various types of drugs.
Don’t get addicted
Don’t only have sex while taking drugs. Also have sex without drugs in between. That will allow you to keep doing your work well if you haven’t used drugs.
